information, user ID, account number and Mobile number, and the information will be retained

by the customer. The Bank uses a range of security features for its Mobile Banking service to
ensure that the information exchanged between the customer’s mobile and the mobile banking
services over the Internet is secure and cannot be accessed by any third party.

for the Mobile Banking and Internet Banking services, to provide a better service to the
customer. Bunna Bank may share the information provided by the customer with third party for
providing additional services and any service related activities such as collecting subscription
fees. Bunna Bank Mobile Banking incorporates many services from its third party vendors and
partner. The user unconditionally authorizes the Bank to access his/her Account(s) for effecting
banking or other transactions performed by the user through the Mobile Banking and to share
the Account information with third parties for the purpose of accepting/executing such requests
of the users.
Disclaimer of Liability
Bunna Bank shall not be responsible If the customer Mobile Phone Number is allotted to
another person and/or there has been an unauthorized transaction in the Account and / or the
mobile phone handset is lost, the customer shall immediately inform Bunna Bank for the same.

Bunna Bank shall amend any of the features and benefits in relation to the service and
communicate the amended Policy by hosting the same. The customer shall be responsible for
