The bank extends short, medium, and long-term loans and advances, with or without a pre-established repayment program, to borrowers who are engaged in commercial and non-commercial activities. 

The maximum period of any loan shall not exceed 20 and 25 years for commercial/business loans and consumer and mortgage or real estate loans, respectively. 

The repayment shall be in monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual installments, or as per the agreed amortization patterns, which consider the nature of the business, its cash flow, and the operating environment.
