ማሳሰቢያ ይህ ዓመታዊ የኦዲት የሂሳብ መግለጫ የኢትዮጵያ ካፒታል ገበያ ባለሥልጣን ሰነደ ሙዓለንዋዮችን ለህዝብ ማቅረብ እና ግብይትን አስመልክቶ ባወጣው መመሪያ ቁጥር 1030/2024 አንቀጽ 137(1) መሠረት በባንኩ ጽህረ-ገጽ ለባለሀብቶችና ለሕዝብ ይፋ የተደረገ ነው፡፡ ይሁን እንጂ ይህ የኦዲት የሂሳብ መግለጫ ለጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ቀርቦ በባለአክሲዮኖች ያልፀደቀ በመሆኑ የጸደቀ የሂሳብ መግለጫ ተደርጎ አይወሰድም፡፡ በመሆኑም ሪፖርቱ በኢትዮጵያ የንግድ ሕግ እና ሌሎች ተፈጻሚነት ባላቸው ህጎች አግባብ ከሌሎች ሪፖርቶች ጋር ወደፊት በሚያከናወነው መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ለባለአክሲዮኖች ቀርቦ እንዲፀድቅ የሚደረግ ሲሆን በሰነዱ ላይ የተደረጉ ለውጦች/ማሻሻያዎች ካሉ ባንኩ ለባለሀብቶችና ለሕዝብ በይፋ የሚያሳውቅ ይሆናል። ቡና ባንክ አ.ማ.
